Challenge:

Leon.bet approached our team with the objective of increasing its brand presence and user engagement across three key markets: Kazakhstan, Portugal, and Brazil. The challenge was to leverage influencer marketing on platforms like Twitch and Instagram while ensuring precise tracking and analysis of user interactions through Google Analytics.

 

Approach

Our strategic approach for Leon.bet's campaign involved a combination of influencer marketing and advanced analytics setup. We started by selecting influencers who aligned with the brand's target audience in each region. In Kazakhstan, we collaborated with popular Twitch streamers like hatiko_luna and qq_oxygen, known for their strong gaming communities. For Portugal, we engaged both Twitch streamers, such as RTPArenaCSGO2 and Instagram influencers like diogoesteves91, ensuring we reached users across multiple touchpoints. In Brazil, a more intensive approach was taken, with multiple Twitch influencers like strongerrp and AdamiFPS conducting five streams per month, supported by on-stream banners, links, and chatbot interactions to drive engagement.

 

Simultaneously, we integrated Google Analytics 4 into Leon.bet’s digital ecosystem. This included setting up Google Tag Manager, installing necessary tracking pixels, and configuring conversion and event tracking. These measures allowed for real-time data collection and analysis, providing critical insights into user behavior and the effectiveness of the influencer campaigns.

Influencer Marketing Campaign:

Kazakhstan:

  1. Engaged five Twitch influencers: hatiko_luna, qq_oxygen, qwe_bleessed123, montana_bandana, and rimbolds.
  2. Each influencer conducted two one-hour live streams focused on promoting Leon.bet.
  3. Streams included interactive elements like live betting discussions and Q&A sessions to drive real-time engagement.
  4. Campaign highlighted Leon.bet’s gaming offerings, tailored to resonate with the local audience.

Portugal:

  1. Implemented a dual-platform strategy using Twitch and Instagram.
  2. Engaged Twitch influencers: RTPArenaCSGO2, MrRicardo94, Sovitia, StreamLAB, and boltz for two streams each.
  3. Collaborated with Instagram influencers: diogoesteves91, rayderzaoo, renataramos, and mafy_campos to post one targeted story each.
  4. Content focused on Leon.bet’s unique betting options, appealing to both experienced and new bettors.

Brazil:

  1. Executed an intensive Twitch campaign with seven influencers: strongerrp, dcosta__, booy, AdamiFPS, malonesp, murilo_rt, and langofps1.
  2. Each influencer conducted five streams per month, each lasting one hour.
  3. Streams featured on-screen banners, direct links in descriptions, and chatbot promotions.
  4. The approach maximized user interaction and drove significant conversion rates.

 

Google Analytics Setup and Analysis:

  1. Installed Google Analytics 4 across Leon.bet’s digital platforms.
  2. Set up Google Tag Manager for efficient event and conversion tracking.
  3. Implemented tracking pixels to monitor key user interactions and campaign performance.
  4. Conducted real-time data analysis to optimize ongoing campaign strategies.

Results:

Achieved an increase in brand visibility in Kazakhstan, with Twitch streams garnering a total of 400,000 combined views. This directly contributed to 15,000 new user registrations on Leon.bet’s platform.
In Portugal, the campaign resulted in 12,000 new user sign-ups. Instagram stories reached over 250,000 unique users, while Twitch streams led to an additional 7,500 active users on the platform, reflecting a strong uplift in user engagement.
