Position Overview:

The role will involve collaborating with a team of experts to drive successful marketing outcomes for clients. We constantly evolve our methods to stay on the cutting edge of the digital marketing industry. Above and beyond technical skill and industry experience, we’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, passionate and eager to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies, ensure effective comprehension for client deliverables;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, providing strategic counsel;
  • Evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, create and implement tailored marketing ideas;
  • Shape brand positioning to ensure all communication is brand appropriate;
  • Manage the budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Deep 5+ years of experience in marketing, a very solid understanding of brand development and GTM-strategies; 
  • Ability to solve complex cross-functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment and to lead cross functional teams through complex business issues;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data;
  • Being able to adapt and change directions in an instant, high level of responsibility, strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills and a willingness to walk the extra mile.

Position Overview:

We truly care about the products we create, and as a community of skilled professionals, we support one another and value each other’s ideas. Our Account Manager is an employee holding on-line meetings with companies from all the world (mostly the US/Canada region).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop strong long-term relationships with clients: communicate using emails, voice and video calls, provide technical expertise and deliver projects that address their needs;
  • Understand client business specifics and how it operates, guide other employees who will directly report to you;
  • Identify potential issues and problems client business may face to propose solutions to solve them and remove impediments;
  • Analyze and track key projects metrics, manage the work using a CRM system;
  • Prepare reports and invoices, facilitate events (daily meetings, planning, retrospective), weekly kick-off meetings, decision-making sessions;
  • Be responsible for the general client satisfaction, work with all other cross-functional teams on feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in project management with at least 3 years, including management of several clients in parallel. Preference will be given to candidates with an international background; 
  • Strong time management skills; ability to stay focused without outside control;
  • Prior experience with digital marketing projects will be a plus.

This is a full-time remote role for an SMM Manager at NinjaPromo. We build a team of experts and darers with a deep passion for great products and provide challenging goals and the freedom to create and grow. Join us to be a part of a fayour experience to a new world of blockchain!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality research and create SMM content plans (focused on strengthening the brand and forming a community) and integrate the plans inside the marketing strategy;
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with marketing managers;
  • Communicate with clients using voice and video calls;
  • Create TOR’s for copywriters, graphic and motion designer, report to the team lead; write scripts for engaging explainer and other videos;
  • Post content in social media (Instagram, Facebook and etc.).

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as SMM Manager or Copywriter (preferably the US/Canada region; IT or blockchain projects);
  • Experience in online content strategy creation, keen sense of hot events, ability to create or plan hot topics; knowledge of tone of voice;
  • Portfolio of works.

  • Collaborate with our account managers, the art director and clients to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets;
  • Create compelling and effective digital media designs;
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

Required Skills:

  • Who we and you are – flexible, high-quality, personalized, results-driven, innovative. Who we are not – outdated and slow;
  • Understanding of how graphic design supports marketing strategies and branding;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma;
  • Proven by portfolio experience in graphic design;

You will lead a team of PR professionals, develop strategic PR campaigns, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our clients’ stories are told effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with our clients’ goals, ensuring maximum visibility and positive impact;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure high-impact media coverage for our clients;
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and enhance our clients’ reputations during challenging times;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, providing strategic counsel and reporting on PR campaign performance;
  • Manage the PR department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preference will be given to candidates with an international background.
  • Strong network of media contacts in the Tech and/or Web3 and cryptocurrency space.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
